Senior Manager_Digital Communication & Strategy
Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows :
- Conceptualizing and overseeing digital communication for campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and transactions on digital assets
- Strategize innovative ways through market intelligence, conducting market research including competitive benchmarking, and analyze campaign effectiveness for strategic marketing, product segmentation and customer targeting
- Developing analytical frameworks and metrics to measure ongoing impact and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Plan a data driven approach to plan, analyze and optimize acquisition, engagement and remarketing campaigns
- Measure regular performance and ROI forecasts for Digital Campaigns based on historic data to optimize user communication connects and monthly marketing spend.
- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Innovate ideas and work on the website to boost usage and personalization including coordination with other departments to drive up SEO
Knowledge & Essential Skills :
- Experience in campaign content creation along with agencies to drive up customer acquisition or cross/ upsell and engagement
- Experience in campaign management in Financial Services
- Formal training in communication
- Innovative Thinking
- Ability to work cross functionally to drive customer experience improvements
- Proactive
- Good understanding of the Digital space and Digital Marketing products.
