Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Digital to join our team on an urgent basis. This role will lead our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal performance across both organic and paid channels. The Senior Manager - Digital will drive brand strategy, manage our digital presence, and oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics to maximize ROI and digital growth. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and is a critical position in our digital team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple channels.

Oversee organic and paid digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Lead website and product management to ensure an optimized user experience aligned with digital campaigns.

Utilize analytics to assess digital performance, optimize efforts, and report on ROI.

Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery of projects.

Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering an innovative, results-driven environment.

Work cross-functionally to integrate digital initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.

Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our digital strategy continually.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of successful digital campaigns and strategies.

- Expertise in managing agency relationships and driving results through external partnerships.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively.

- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated team management experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Additional Information:

- This role is based in Bangalore (Rajajinagar).

- 6-day working schedule.

- Immediate joiners are preferred due to the urgent requirement.
