Total Rewards:

- Review the effectiveness of existing Rewards programs, policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend plan revisions (and new plans) in order to provide innovative and competitive programs.

- Develops pay systems that are business competitive and enable management to focus on and reward individual and group performance

- Manage Salary Survey and Benchmarking exercises to ensure corporate Total Rewards objectives are achieved.

- Develop rewards / financial models and proposals to ascertain the impact of rewards programs.

- Provide thought-leadership and advice to businesses on matters related to Rewards decisions, policy and guideline interpretation

- Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs

Organisation Effectiveness:

- Design and drive effective implementation of organization design & structuring initiatives across all businesses including manpower planning, design of HR systems & processes

- Drive industry benchmarking initiatives and best practices study to enhance the overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency

- Develop Job Descriptions for new roles/ role changes and conduct Job evaluation for assigning job grades, as required

Performance Management:

- Benchmark the performance management practices of best-in-class organizations and provide inputs for fine-tuning overall performance management system and processes

- Drive timely implementation of the entire performance management cycle [assessment, moderation and finalizing promotions and increments] through timely sharing of performance data with respective Business/ Function heads for moderation

- Establish linkages of the performance management system with other HR systems such as career progression, compensation & increments and training and development

- Ensure that remuneration, bonus payouts and other incentives are clearly inked to individual/team performance

- Provide continuous communication to employees on performance management guidelines and principles

Working Experience:

- MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed institute

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years experience in designing and implementing rewards, organisation design and change initiatives
