Position :
Experience : 10- 15 yrs in Talent Management role
Education : MBA - From good institute
Role & Responsibilities :
- Developing an optimum and reliable recruitment strategy using various assessment tools
- Identify current and future leadership capabilities and functional skill sets required in various companies across the group and develop measures of capability assessment
- Identify talent risks and consequently create action plans to mitigate them through various talent management initiatives such as talent mobility and career progression.
- Assess and monitor employee engagement levels through employee engagement surveys and other initiatives to leverage strengths and address critical areas of improvement
- Conduct annual talent reviews to identify successors for critical positions at the group level and assess development needs to create customized Individual Development Plans to prepare the identified successors for the desired role based on the assessed readiness level
- Revisit organization structures of companies and functions on a periodic basis to ensure readiness with current and future business goals and also ensure availability of right talent for these unique roles at every point in time
