Senior Manager/DGM - Operations & Maintenance - Telecom

Key Result Areas

- Over all responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of GSM radio network and owned sites infrastructure in KARNATAKA circle its preventive and corrective maintenance

- Leading a radio and Infrastructure O&M team of around 64 professionals

- Responsible for Overall radio network availability of 99.95%

- Performs essential functions capacity augmentation in network by timely addition/ up-gradation of radio capacity

- Controlling operational expenses and making optimum use of available resources

- Maintain network KPIs

- Adheres to overall monthly plan and limits Quarterly deviation below the target Responsible for Network management and maintenance of BSC, BTS, Metrohub within the targeted limit.

- Coordinates with external agencies like NSN, other operators, Infrastructure providers, etc., for troubleshooting, delivery, power connectivity, permissions etc. at cell sites.

Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech

Exp : 15 yrs to 20 yrs
