Lead - Content and Communication

1. Job Description

- Develop a strategy to enhance the company's digital and physical presence with our SMB client base to drive user engagement for Enterprise Solutions for SMB companies by acquiring, promoting and placing engaging content

- Liaise with internal support staff and technical experts for creating and designing marketing and communication collateral, brochures. Writing content for blogs, website and marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, etc.

- Maintain and monitor event calendars and Sales trackers to ensure alignment with the overall strategy

- Collaborate with Sales & Implementation teams to create strategic marketing plans to support the use of standard marketing collaterals

- Plan and execute articles with inputs from technical experts, liaise with publications/chambers etc.

- Actively participate on standardizing processes for ensuring seamless execution of communication mandates.

2. Desired Profile

- Well versed with all facets of communication including PR, Marketing Communication and Content Management.

- Experience in managing SMB client organisations in digital organisations

- Demonstrated experience in managing social media and creating marketing and social media strategy, content marketing, blogging, brand management

- Quick learner and ability to understand the digital product

- Has managed 2-3 member teams

- Graduate in any field with post-graduation/PostGraduation in media

- Conversant in both English and Hindi, both written and spoken fluency is essential.
