Senior Manager/DGM - Interior Finishes Business

Senior Manager/DGM - Interior Finishes (Bachelors degree in civil engineering is Mandatory)

- Responsible for Projects, Fitouts & Asset Upgrades

- Handling end to end Fit-out Management, asset upgradation works for various Assets.

- Handling complete Interior and finishing work at sites. End to End.

- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project stakeholders.

- Knowledge of building services such as HVAC, Electrical and other MEP aspects is a must.

- Must be able to read and understand Auto cad drawings.

- Be accountable for Project Results.

- Vendor/ contractor management.

- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned activities

- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans) and report regularly on project status. Ensuring quality of execution through documentation.

- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.

- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

- Assess potential risks,

- Resolve issues at the site.

- Verification of Quality of material before receiving

- Developing activity trackers, formats for quality check, testing, invoice submission checklist and milestone monitoring.

- Working on multiple projects, tenant meetings, execution & closure of the projects.

- Coordinating with architects/ consultants (internal and external), tenants, sub consultants and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of services.

- Coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and with the ability to build robust and integrated teams.

- Promoting workplace safety standards and procedures for all areas under fit out. "Zero" incidents on any fi-out site.

- Reporting and rectifying and avoiding unsafe acts, conditions or accidents immediately.

- Monitoring project along with development team / PMC for quality and timelines
