Sr. Mgr / DGM - Industrial Relations, Mumbai

- Effective liaisoning with Government officials & bodies.

- Coordinating with payroll & time office functions.

- Effective handling of contractual employees.

- Handling of disciplinary proceeds effectively.

- Attending Labour Courts and other Industrial Tribunals for various labour issues.

- The person needs to be very matured and seasoned with his IR/ Labour laws experience.

- Should have handled and managed Labour Union Issues/ Court matters etc

- The person will act as a labour law Expert for all the Group Companies

- Experience | 12-15 years

- Salary | Upto 20 Lakhs - (can be negotiable to a certain extent for the right candidate)
