Rewards & Recognition (Incentive) :
- Making Incentive scheme, calculation and coordinate with finance team for disbursement.
- Provide appropriate input for making daily / monthly / quarterly Incentive scheme as per business plan and circulate to the all employees Calculate store wise employee wise incentive and announcing top scorer Ensure timely reimbursement of incentive in coordination with finance & accounts team.
Employee Engagement :
- Making induction program and arrangement for new employees. Making Picnic schedule and arrangement for Head Office employees once in year and Quarterly for star performer in sales & Operations team.
- Making Super Saturday program for every weekend. Updating employee suggestion / grievance in system Celebration of employees birthdays, occasions & festivals according to calendar Conduct program related to health and wellness, investment & tax saving
MIS :
- Provide all types of MIS to the Management related to HRM system Sending the Birthday mailers to relevant employees as well as higher Management Making and submit Monthly Budget and Provision to the Management & Finance Department Making manpower dashboard, salary details, store wise manpower details and submit to the higher management
- Provide monthly MIS inputs of payroll to the top management, finance department and external regulatory authorities (on a need basis).
- Collect daily sales target of each employees from stores and update in the system for PMS as well as Incentive calculation. oPrepare personal file to all employees and going Maintenance on time to time basis
