Job Description
- Identifying, attracting and on-boarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs
- Ensure all JDs are in place for Unique Roles as per Organization requirement
- Maximise the recruitment channel efficiency by using cost effective measures and ensuring that the recruitment process completes in the agreed timeline
- Bridge talent gap by internal movement of employees
- Help Identify critical talent and roles withing organisation and creating external talent pool to build talent pipeline
- Ensuring periodic review with all Stakeholders.
- Special focus on sales Recruitment in order to ensure no territory is unmanned.
- Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Candidate Relationship Management & Vendor management
- Effectively communicate position opportunity and organisation's value proposition to generate interest in the role
- Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely constructive feedback is shared with candidate
- Manage recruitment vendors/consultants
- Ensure timely payments and invoices
- Review contract Renewal
