Sr. Manager / DGM - HR (Shared Services)
We are currently hiring for one our client which is a leading Apparels Company
Responsibilities :
- Lead the HR shared services organisation
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects for the enterprise.
- Identify potential opportunities of offering integrated and comprehensive HR solutions from the HR Shared Services delivery centre aligned to objectives of the enterprise.
- Strategise and lead the HR Shared Services delivery hub, servicing employees
- Service employees round the clock with best in class metric driven culture of performance
- Lead a team with committed focus on learning & development, succession planning, multi-skilling, driving high standards of performance and ethics focusing on effective administration
- Mentor transformational initiatives to garner higher efficiencies and satisfaction through the lifecycle of employees
- Design pricing & solution models for HR Shared services
- Execute a risk free HR shared services organisation via measurement of adherence to local client driven compliance structures by designing a controlled environment governed via auditable processes.
- Mentor internal business controls for the HR shared services organisation
- Design and manage the enterprise performance management system
- Front-end supplier relationships and performance for employee services
- Project Manage Integrated HR reporting, MIS, financial management and business planning
- Manage employee communication for the enterprise HR
- Visualise and implement transformational initiatives to garner higher efficiencies and satisfaction through the lifecycle of employees across the enterprise partnering with Business HR teams at Regional and Zonal level.
- Ensures appropriate support for internal customers, and oversees accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
- Ensures execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreements, guides and supports other team members in meeting these SLAs.
- Delivers best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees.
- Recommends enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.
- Supports internal customers by communicating, informing and consulting regarding policies and standards on assigned processes.
- Performs and assures adequate data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.
- Prepares information and documents for external authorities.
- Supports the execution of employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management and program preparation for pre and post joining formalities.
- Manages employee documentation and induction formalities.
- Manages employee helpdesk for query resolution in different formats of communication.
Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in HR shared services
Qualification : MBA (HR)
