- Litigation Management
- Build and Manage strong relationship with Union Leaders
- Automation and Digitization
- Liasoning with locals , politician etc.
- Assisting ER Head with strategies , plan and existing practices
- Supporting production team to ensure peaceful IR on shopfloor
- Participating and representing Management in collective barganing process , LTS , Bonus etc
- Handled large workforce
- Managing Flexi manpower issues etc
