Position Summary :
To leverage internet and mobile media helping company meet its top line and bottom line objectives. Ensure online visibility of Company's products and enhance customer engagement by offering online services.
Key Accountabilities :
- Manage company's online presence in order to engage with prospects and existing customers.
- Drive and manage all digital campaigns aimed at lead generation and awareness creation.
- Develop & Manage the Corporate Website by leveraging new technologies and by optimizing the website to all web browsers, key search engines like Google and Yahoo.
Use internet and mobile to enable the following key areas :
- Engagement with customers
- Engagement with employees
- Engagement with sales and distribution partners
- Support revenue enhancement by using innovative digital technologies.
- Leverage the Social Media opportunity in order to engage with customers, distribution partners and employees.
- Effectively use Analytic Tools to study - online customer behavior- and use the learning to make the online platform more effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Digital marketing agencies.
