- Responsible for conceptualizing, implementing & running digital marketing and social media strategies globally.
- Lead a team of associates and managers across disciplines (possibly SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, digital creative and content)
- Lead teams managing all aspects of global digital and social media operations: digital marketing, social media, digital development (website, banners, newsletter and mobile apps designs), content strategy, interface design and usability, online brand protection, domain portfolio management, new gTLD
- Develop organizational capability, and competence, in digital and social media
- Work closely with executive stakeholders on digital strategy development, governance, operations and performance reviews
- Proficiency to Plan and Execute digital initiatives (possibly SEO/SEM, Online Media strategy, Social CRM, Web performance, design and promotion
- Exposing business to new technologies and bringing competitive advantage.
- Efficient media buying tools and tactics resulting in cost savings.
- Content Marketing formulate content. Responsible for conceptualizing, implementing & running digital marketing and social media strategies globally.
- Content Marketing, formulate content strategy and be responsible for taking it from concept to launch.
- Work with business line leaders to embed digital and social media marketing in both go-to market approach and innovation.
- Manage RFPs, contracts, reports, data analysis and budgets.
- Implement best practices, new strategies, innovative features on an ongoing basis.
Search Engine Marketing :
- Manage PPC (Pay-per-click) campaigns with an aim towards maximizing relevant traffic. Optimize & determine new PPC campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization :
- Develop a long-term SEO strategy to raise the organic rankings of important keywords and meet traffic goals. Define and implement SEO best practices for on-page content, URL structures, page titles, meta-data and anchor text. Utilize reporting tools to systematically track and improve natural search performance. Identify keywords to gain significant traffic with low difficulty. Develop a strategy to gain backlinks.
Social Media :
- Reach out various segments to generate positive buzz. Maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, partner brands, etc. Create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn.
- User Acquisition - Constantly ideate to figure out how to :
a) Attract and retain new users
b) Generate visibility and engagement around product and service
c) Enable data-driven decisions to focus efforts to attract new users.
- YoY increases in measures of audience reach and brand visibility & engagement across web, social and mobile app channels.
- Increase in website traffic, SEO, SEM, social media, Re-Marketing and Affiliate transactions
- Increase conversions (ROI) rate, reduce cost of sale/acquisition, Increase positive sentiments, reduce negative sentiments,
- Effective 24x7 listening and response management based on defined SLA's
- Effective activation of brand engagement with bloggers, fans, etc
- Enhance processes, implement best techniques and innovative technology
- Quality data analysis to identify insights and trends in order to take business decisions
- Develop partnerships to drive brand visibility/engagement and ancillary revenue
