- Co creating the annual Marketing Plan as per allocated budgets
- Aligning the marketing team & external resources to execute the finalized plan as calendarised
- Build awareness for the Brand by conceptualizing and driving key intellectual properties
- Support revenue generation through product specific BTL activities: Direct Marketing Campaigns, Events & Sponsorships throughout the year with positive business impact
- Delivering Digital Marketing & Social media Campaigns as scheduled in the plan.
- Driving visibility for the brand in the media through well thought Public Relations initiatives inline with the Public Relations strategy for the year
- Be the custodian of the corporate and product brands and Ensuring Brand Compliance within the organization
- Effective Management & monitoring of the allocated Marketing Budgets
- Enhance the image & reputation of the brand with identified CSR projects and corporate communication drives
- Represent the Marketing team across various forums and communities
- Timely recruitments and placements within the team. Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure seamless delivery
