- Devising actionable strategies from customer insights. Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Understand the key shopper, customer, channel, technological and competitive shifts taking place in the increasingly diverse environment .
- Instrumental in developing potential solutions to pursue, across Commercial, Marketing and Innovation.
- Define and articulate opportunities to deliver future category growth, customer value, and sustainable competitive advantage in the context of Future Routes to Consumer.
- Identifying and prioritizing emerging trends with implications for commercial strategy, in market trade strategy and resource allocation (Future Route to Consumer)
JOB PROFILE:
- Strong functional experience from a consumer planning/insight background at a senior level, with deep client or customer-side Shopper Planning experience essential.
- Cross-functional commercial experience in Customer Marketing / Category Development an asset but not required. Significant and proven leadership experience with evidence of driving sustained cultural and behavioral change at scale within an organization, leveraging diverse inputs including data and analytics, behavioral science, and consumer learning.
