We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a large Services Organization. They are looking for a "Senior Manager / DGM Compensation & Benefits" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Bangalore.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Managing the compensation philosophy, design & structures for the organization
- Statutory Implementations
- PMS Related Activities (Hikes, Bonus and Promotions)
- Comp Study Participation and Benchmarking
- C&B and related polices alignment
- Risk and Audit
- Long Term incentives & Top Talent Rewards
To qualify for these positions you should:
- Have an MBA / PG in HR
- Have 5+ years of experience in C&B
- Have experience in Policy definition
- Have good exp in Benchmarking Analysis
- Have very good understanding of the Mercer/Hewitt Reports
- Have some exp in the areas of HR Analytics, People Matrices etc
- Have exp on creating reports on various areas of People performance
- Have good English Skills
- Be from Bangalore or ready to relocate
