Job Responsibilities
- End to end responsibility to ensure Commercial Relationship and claims settlement of Modern Trade, RRFs and Online Channels
- Responsible for building commercial relationship with Modern Trade and Online partners like Croma, Reliance, Flip-kart and Amazon etc.
- Responsible for managing end to end commercial aspects of online business resellers especially Top 10 resellers impacting their margins, scheme payouts and final settlement of claims.
- Ensuring timely/accurate payout of more than $60MM schemes/price drops etc. to business partners and sign offs on payable are done on quarterly basis
- Drive the account reconciliation process and collection of No Due Certificates from Channel Partners
- Drive the automation of scheme settlement process
- Participate in Modern Trade JBPs and support the Business Head in TOT Finalization, margins rationalization
- Analysis of schemes payouts (Variable and Fixed), TOT margins and marketing cost at customer level and sharing insights with Business Head.
Key Competencies required-
Working Knowledge of relevant commercial laws / statutes
Business Acumen and excellent relationship management skills
Positive attitude and strong desire to automate processes
Knowledge of SAP, ERP system, Excel.
Communication skills - both with internal teams and external customers.
