Job Description :
- Lead the strategic planning process for the brand based on key consumer insights to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop marketing plan to support company's long term planning that identifies current opportunities, new business opportunities, markets and partners.
- Implement the marketing plan by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
- Monitoring market trends and use the same to enhance brand and product positioning
- Manage data and reports for senior management
- Leverage brand equity and create partnerships to drive brand engagement and transactions.
- Design, develop and execute promotions, sponsorships, events, conferences, trade shows, press events, internal events, merchandising, etc
- Manage external partners such as production companies, etc
- Manage and supervise visual communication team to create relevant content (still and video). Responsible for designand branding.
- Develop brand standards and usage guidelines and ensure the same is used consistently across all touch points
- Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
- Increasing brand equity and ensure relevance and connect of the brand with consumers
- Monitor and sustain brand health (differentiation, relevance, awareness, consideration and imagery)
- Identify and develop innovative marketing activities using new platforms to influence various segments
- Work with the digital team and use online and social media to enhance brand equity and achieve business objectives. Enhance brand experience and engagement
- Experiential marketing - Get the consumer to experience the brand and engage them through exciting marketing opportunities and ideas
- Brand activation in mass market areas - Create brand presence in high footfall locations
- Identify and create marketing features, products and properties that will enhance brand visibility on-ground at global level
- Create brand engagement for CSR initiatives in liaison with the CSR team
- Consult on and maintain brand essence in all projects across the company
- Budgetary planning & control and Statutory compliance
a) Monitor Budgetary variance and planning
b) Ensure proper budget allocation, monitoring and control
c) Work on risk mitigants as identified by the Risk Management Team
- Develop a high performing team through right job allocation, team building, motivation and skill building
Key Deliverables:
- Increase audience reach, brand visibility & engagement across touch points
- Effective activitation of brand engagement across online and offline channels
- Enhance processes, implement best techniques and innovative brand positioning
- Quality data analysis to identify insights and trends in order to take business decisions
- Develop partnerships to drive brand visibility/engagement and ancillary revenue
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points
Location : Mumbai
