Primary Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the creative agencies and insights team to create the mother brand identity along with creation of brand and guidelines on each product to be launched in the market

- Articulate brand positioning basis insights on consumer segmentation product categories

- Ensure brand guidelines are strictly adhered to, leading to consistency of brand showcase across all media channels, campaigns and collaterals (books, shade cards, product sheets etc..). Coordinating with various stakeholders and functions.

- Appoint creative agencies to help brand team develop imagery and collaterals for market roll-out

- Design& execute a framework for corporate brand building & management on social media

- Enhancing the Corporate Brand and managing the corporate brand pages across social media.

Qualifications:

- Experience in brand, communications, social media & PR - 10+ years

- Experience of launching a product in the market.

- Experience of working with mass media and digital agencies

- Robust understanding of content marketing & communications

- Actual hands-on exposure to media planning. Experience of TAM to monitor the media plans

- Experience of working of creation of corporate brand identity and individual brand identities.

- Must have worked with lifestyle products from companies in FMCG / Consumer Durables.
