- To plan and implement regional trade promotion and merchandising plans in order to achieve sales, distribution and visibility goals across channels.
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategy in alignment with Sales and Marketing Goals
- Be the custodian of all National level Trade initiatives and priorities in the area of Trade Marketing. This will include the following:
- Set trade objectives in association with sales & marketing team for each brand
- Planning and executing a monthly promotion calendar brand wise and geography wise
- Evaluate trade and visibility spends for their effectiveness
- Developing channel specific programs to enhance and leverage relationship with trade
- Planning and execute regional distribution launch pads for new brands/SKUs
- Play a pivotal role at the regions and support the Sales Head in driving sales objectives
