Job Responsibilities:
1. Implementing & maintaining NABH or JCIA accreditation
2. Manpower planning, budgetting, roster and scheduling
3. Maintaining SOPs
4. Co-ordinating with each and every department for smooth functioning of the Hospital
5. Planning, directing, supervising and co-ordinating Hospital functions
6. Effective resource utilization
7. Inspecting wards, ensuring hygience and patient comfort
8. Reporting & handling incidents & complaints regularly
9. Ensuring facility upkeep, department functioning to meet the service standards
10. Managing a team of 2-3 managers
Resuirements/Eligibilty:
1. Must be from healthcare background (hospital and medical college)
2. NABH/JCIA trained
3. Localite (Tamil speaking)
4. Female candidates will be preferred
