Designation : Sr Manager/DGM Process Engineering

Reports to : GM Technology Transfer

Location: Pune

Objective of Position: Need a Mid level person who will identify new process improvement projects and drive them along with the process audits to minimize the process deviations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Driving new process improvement initiatives

- Process optimization , de-bottlenecking

- Initiatives related to effluent treatment plant upgradation and debottlenecking

- Concept development , capex preparations, co-ordinating with internal & external stakeholders

- Responsible for Process Audit frequently, which will lead to identification of process deviation.

- Cross function coordination

QUALIFICATION B.E. (Chemical)

EXPERIENCE 15+ relevant experience in chemical industries Leadership skills.
