They are on the lookout for an incumbent for the position of Sr. MANAGER MARKETING (MC)

- Educational Qualification - Full time MBA (Marketing) from premium Business School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, IIFT, MDI, XIM, SIBM, SCMHRD, JB, SP Jain etc.)
- Age - Maximum: 40 Years
- Experience - Minimum: 10 Years Maximum: 15 Years
- Preferred Industry Background: FMCG or Consumer Durables and Automotive OEMs
Job Responsibilities -
1. Brand Management:
a. Understand the brand, brand positioning & attributes.
b. Marketing Plan
c. Rural marketing
d. Marketing Activation ATL/BTL
e. Own product launches and activations - including defining communication strategy, processes and collaterals
f. Own corporate marketing activities - Website, PR etc.
g. Digital marketing
h. Provide insightful market intelligence to partners- i. Communication agencies, BTL agencies, Media agencies & PR agencies
j. Plan, develop & rollout BTL activation in requirement with defined sales objective.
2. Brand Strategy:
a. Participate in Business Plan development.
b. Envision & Create brand strategy document.
c. Create annual action plans using the full marketing mix to implement brand strategy.
3. Product & Brand Analysis
a. Develop & Evolve product insights for lead markets.
b. Analyses and use market and consumer researches to identify short and long term risks for the brand & develop actions to mitigate the identified risks.
c. Creates regular marketing reports.
4. Media Planning and Execution
a. Plan innovative BTL campaigns & champion deployment across country to solve business problems
b. Recommend alternate and cost-effective media channels and prepare a channel mix specifically in digital media
c. Coordinate with the media agency for the execution of the media plans.
