Lead the HR function in setting up (and managing) the Recruitment, Hiring - all levels, Training, Personal Development, Career Building, Performance Management, Maintaining the work culture, Retaining the resources, Reward and Recognition and Improve the employee relationship.
Operations Accountabilities
- Delivery and ownership of full cycle recruitment, screening, fitment negotiation and hiring of candidates.
- Support in administration of contract labor management across all the departments.
- Plan and manage the employee cost and budget for each function.
- Responsibility of administering the benefit plans for employees.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR Training & Development
- Responsible for employee support/welfare initiatives - accommodations, amenities, transport, etc.
- Organize sports, festival functions, various events and other awareness programs, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees
- Process ownership for salary and benefit administration
- Own management and employee relations and communication activities
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
- Coordinating the HRMS Application development and implementation
- Accountable for management reporting (including delegation) such as headcount planning, employee survey results, etc.
- Develop, implement and maintain - policies, procedures/ processes and for the organization

- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales to top Management.
- Identification of competencies to improve present performance level and for developing into future role.
- Identification of training resources for organization-internal and external. Preparation of training calendar, development and implementation of training module.
- Career planning of potential candidates. Designing employee development plan and monitoring progress.
- Looking after grievance handling, employee motivation, personnel/family counselling thereby instituting measure for reducing absenteeism and employee turnover.
