JOB PURPOSE :

- HR Analytics and Score Card / Drive action plan / Attrition
- Employer Branding
- Capability Building Initiatives / Training & Development
- Performance management: Productivity & Costs
- Build & Sustain a high performance culture around organizational values
NOTE : We are looking for only FMCG/Pharma industry and HRBP experience for Sales function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent acquisition for all positions within agreed TAT
- Manage recruitment cost as per budget
- Create development centres to identify key competencies required for high performance for one of the Business unit
- Use Performance appraisal inputs for training needs
- Create training programs In-House or using external sources to develop required competence critical for business
- Succession planning for key employees and career plans for all employees
- Create highly engaged team by developing an end to end employee engagement frame work for business
- Benchmark attrition with best in class companies at various level for business and initiate actions to achieve attrition targets
- Use different methods like creating optimal bench strength to ensure minimum time lag for front line positions
- Use digital media, Selective educational institutes and various other platform for employer branding
- Manage performance appraisal for business
- Vendor Management -
- Tech savvy & ability to enable the digital leap.
