- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment
- The International Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of recruitment efforts across all international geographies.
- Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to support organizational mission, vision and goals.
- Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on-boarding utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results
