Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Finance

We have an opportunity with one of our MNC client in Mumbai for the position of Sr.Manager / DGM Finance.

Below is the short description for the same.

- Responsible for entire Financial, Reporting and operational activities of Holding companies.

- Preparation, implementation & control of Annual & Quarterly Budgets for VFW.

- Liaising with Internal auditors, Statutory Auditor, Secretarial, Tax team and local Consultants.

- Finalization of statutory accounts and its IFRS treatment & presentation .

- Responsible for managing and maintaining all documents /contracts relating to cross border transactions from compliance perspective.

Candidates with 6-12 years of experience in accounts and finance
