We are a Sequoia capital funded 150+ people enterprise software company headquartered in Bangalore and having offices in Mumbai and Delhi. We build products to improve customer experience across touch points. The flagship product is a Social CRM that helps large enterprises in managing digital conversations.
These products are used by a lot of companies India with the biggest being Indian railways. There are over 100+ enterprises that rely on us today. HDFC, Kotak, OLA, Oyo, Dominos, Daikin, Myntra, Snapdeal, DishTV, Tatasky, Aircel, Hitachi are some of the clients we work with.
What will you do :
- Grow the company top-line
- Build strong brand relationships
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the leadership team
- Contribute to the development of the sales plan
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed business goals
- Identify and close new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing companies
- Understand brand requirements and bring feedback for product improvement
- Building relationships with clients and prospects to ultimately drive sales, making recommendations, and managing the delivery for Enterprise clients
What we expect :
- 4-6 years of sales experience - preferably should have prior experience of solution selling, including, but not limited to Internet, Digital, Social CRM, Media, Cloud Services, and Software
- Sales Experience in BFSI vertical is must.
- Proven track record of driving and closing large enterprise deals
- An understanding of and proficiency with demonstrating software solutions
- Proficiency in the sales processes and account/territory planning
- Proficiency in solution selling in complex sales cycles with C-Level interaction and strong closing skills
- Capable of driving sales process, proposal writing and contract negotiation
- Connect and actively engage with key influencers and decision makers inside an organization
- Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer focused account management skills
- Ability to travel is a must
