Experience : 8 to 12 years with good retail experience and fair understanding of the business metrics and processes.
Job Responsibilities :
- End to end employee life cycle management for MTM and Apparel business
- Partnering with Business in HR strategy and support
- Effective cross function communication
- Support retail expansion strategy by ensuring talent availability
- Anchor Talent development process like succession planning & leadership development.
