We have an opportunity for a Delivery manager (Network Operations) for one of our client.
Job Description :
Delivery - Network Operations & Designing :
- Experience in managing Network operations 24x7x365 (L2/L3/L4 support)
- Strong proven operational experience in routing and switching in a complex data center environment
- Experience on Router, Switch, VPN, firewall, proxy and load balancer BAU support
- Managing day to day operations and client escalations
- Understand the business objectives, needs and requirements, translate them into technical requirements.
- Evaluation of Network architectures and technologies, LLD and HLD
- Participate as a key member on architecture related discussions to ensure technology decisions are aligning to data center business needs
- Lead the troubleshooting of technically complex issues in the network environment with SMEs and resolve them in minimal time
- Experience in leading a team of around 50+ people
- Extensive expertise of Delivery Management/Operations Management
- Leading the client transitions and RUN operations smoothly
- Ensuring Strict SLA adherence & SLA compliance
- Ensuring Quality of delivery excellence
- Handling multiple clients in a region or industry
- Strong People Management skills including
- Capability development/training/mentorship planning
- Hiring, attrition mitigation, retention planning
- Career progression planning
- Customer Relationship Management / Stakeholder Management
- Driving automation journey towards automated L1/L2 support with AI/ML/ Robotics etc.
