Job Description: - Deal origination &amp; Interaction with the Clients, understanding their requirements, liaison with clients for collating data required for preparation and submission of the proposal with Banks/ FIs. - Structuring the proposal and preparing Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial model, CMA Data, - Request Letters and other documents pertaining to the Proposal for submission to Banks. - Liaison, interact and follow up with Banks for sanction and negotiating the terms of Sanction. - Obtaining sanction and handling post sanction formalities with the Clients and the Banks for documentation assisting the Client in execution of loan documents and obtaining disbursement Desired Candidate Profile: - ONLY Chartered Accountants with relevant experience may apply to this post. - A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance with the ability to structure deals is essential. - The candidate should have strong relationships across NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Indian and Foreign Banks at Senior Levels to be able to drive deals. - The ideal candidate shall have experience across domestic and foreign currency syndicated loans and other debt products - Leadership skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams would be desirable.
