- Structuring debt issuance to suit the issuers financials and investor comfort

- Optimizing debt programs for clients

- Relationship management for corporate clientele and senior touch points

- Primary and secondary research for acquiring in depth knowledge and information about companies

- Process Notes, Information memorandum and other documentation activities, market reports and presentations

- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings for the team
