Senior Manager - DCM/Loan Syndication - BFS

Job Summary:

For a Banking client in Mumbai, We are seeking an experienced Analyst with a focus on Debt Capital Markets [DCM] and Loan Syndication business. The candidate will be responsible for preparing pitchbooks, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with deal execution. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in debt capital markets and loan syndication, along with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain financial models for various transactions

- Prepare pitchbooks, including company profiles, industry analysis, and market overviews

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the financial and industry trends

- Assist with deal execution and transaction management

- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates

- Collaborate with other teams, such as legal, compliance, and risk management

- Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field

- At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, loan syndication. Experience in Credit Rating with analytical experience on DCM and Structured Finance / Loan Syndication can be considered

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques

- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

- Team player and ability to work collaboratively
