Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Sr Manager who can Apply strategic and analytical skills to major portfolio challenges. Lead product level modelling/analytics, develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various products;
- Also, owns models consumed in programs and helps conceptualize design / redesign of generations of such models on a regular basis.
- Team with cross functions to analyses, formulate, develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line.
- This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; Establishes and maintains professional networks with subject matter experts. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to the development of customer experience improvement strategies by identifying newer products, process or pricing strategies
- Design, execute and manage analysis applying statistical / new analytical techniques leveraging variety of data
- Data insights; Program approval process ownership
- Identify and solve problems independently in a constantly changing environment
- Intense focus on achieving both short term and long term goals
- Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment
- Challenge the status quo, promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and be a part of a high performing team
- Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries.
