Senior Manager - Data Analytics - KPO

We are looking for Senior positions in Data Analytics with a leading KPO at Pune

Experience : 10 + years experience with good exposure in to review data and drive inferences for management team in Business Analytics

- Experience in Data Analytics for Financial Processes, Tableau, SAS . Exposure to SAP preferred.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Use analytic and other methods to assess and identify areas of improvement across Financial Sectors

- Prepare results reports and dashboards, presentation for senior management and leadership team

- Critically analyze business issues and resolve using Predictive analytics, Regression modeling, Cluster analysis and Segmentation etc.

- Validate the current risk and compliance procedures and identify probable gaps and issues in the existing procedures

- Manage Analytics team and work as a mentor to the team for various business and technical acumen and design analytical solution using data mining techniques using tools like R, Minitab etc

- Maintain & Provide various reports on projects progress status, business benefits etc.
