Description:
- MBA from a reputed business school and having 10 - 12 years of work experience of which minimum 5-6 years should have been in a D2C Brand. Should have managed a team.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the e-commerce or D2C sector.
- Dimension of Role: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through effective D2C channels.
- Implement initiatives to expand the customer base and increase customer lifetime value.
- Explore new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance market penetration.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
E-commerce Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and IT, to optimize processes and workflows.
Data Analysis and Performance Metrics:
- Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure and optimize the performance of D2C initiatives.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall business efficiency.
Brand Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to build and maintain a strong brand presence in the D2C space.
