Senior Manager - Cyber Security - IT

We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Cyber Security for one of our client.

Skills and Experience:

- 10-17 years of total experience with min last 5 years of experience in providing solutions to cyber security for products

- Should have experience in collaborating with cross-functional technology & providing leadership in creating effective Information Security Solutions and Programs for deriving strategic security solution for a product

- Should have experience in providing ideas & implementation of security analytics, security processes, security posture analysis, security assurance programs, security technology for Application, Web and Network Security

- Experience in development & implementation, security solution design, security consultation, information risk assessment

- Should have experience in security testing.

- Experience in driving the information security governance

- Experience in ISO & other relevant security certifications;

- Vulnerability analysis and application reversing skills

- Understanding of cryptography principles

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as subject matter experts on information security for their respective business units Identify, measure, and report on security and privacy risks

- Assist/guide product managers to prioritize roadmap items in order to balance security and business risks

- Identify product security concerns and work with security engineering teams to develop common solutions and infrastructure

- Manage a team of experienced security professionals

- Develop secure code practices and provide hands-on training to developers and quality engineers

- Responsible for building and maintaining a secure development lifecycle, with continuous improvement to meet evolving security and compliance requirements

- Coordinate with product teams to develop security as code, and integrate security by design principles into engineering builds.

- Perform security reviews of application designs, source code and deployments as required, covering all types of applications (web application, web services, thick client applications, appliances, etc.)

- Collaborate with the development team to help solve potential security vulnerabilities Prepare and provide winning response to various proposal requests

- Document and share best practices and spread the security culture
