Job Description :

- The Identity and Access Management (IAM) SM will be responsible for building the IAM practice pan- India. He needs to have rich implementation and architect experience in IAM field.

- He should have delivered multiple and complex IAM projects. The individual is expected to interact with the clients independently and lead the implementation team/s on the ground.

- He should be able to guide the team during requirements gathering, design sessions and document the same in detail as part of the requirements and design documents.

- Additionally, the individual is responsible for implementation, configuration of the solution for the client based on the agreed design and business requirements.

- The individual will be responsible for the quality of their own output and the ability to manage work within the allocated timelines.

- From Sales and BD perspective, the individual is expected to work with other leads in other regions and build good IAM pipeline.

- He should be able to interact with OEMs and work in building solution sets for client. He should be able to present his ideas to client in a clear articulate way.
