Job Profile :
Customer Services :
- Develop the Customer Service function into a strategic function enabling profitable business growth.
- Gain competitor information and product feedback from customer service personnel and actively liaison with marketing/sales and technology to make necessary changes/additions.
- Plan, Execute &Review training identification, implementation and effectiveness across OE dealerships.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys as per calendar.
OE & Exports :
- Driving continuous training of OE dealers and franchisee for claims, customer query etc through Regional Customer Service Managers /Export Customer Service Manager.
- Partner with OEM - technical team to understand their future needs and feed it back internally for new developments
- Build & execute robust system to ensure service to OE & Export customers.
Claims :
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided, control claims and settlements and occurrences of wrong adjustments
- Reduce claim settlement cycle (C2C) and work towards customer retention
Business Initiatives :
- New initiatives to generate revenue through service like cost per model
