Role:
The role reports to the CEO and would be responsible for:
- Managing the online reputation and delivering on the customer service for the brand
- Identifying major customer service needs to design and implement sales support and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Working along with sales & operations teams to identify improvement in processes
- Managing the overall operations team of 30 people and working towards customer satisfaction by having analysis of the various medium of interaction with customers
About the Candidate:
The candidate must have:
- An experience of 6-8 years in the customer service function
- Experience in the travel & e-commerce industry
- Managed a team of 30 or more people in the operations team
