Job Details :
- Ensuring that the entire CS team is aligned as per customer KPIs which are met as per agreed timelines.
- Ensuring all the standards operating procedures are developed and followed by the team.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relations with all the clients and meet them on regular basis to get more business opportunities for Local Sales as well as for Key Accounts.
- Meeting ISO Standards within the department.
- Meeting the volume/GP/EBIDT for the department.
- Deep-selling with existing Customers
- Ensuring the team members are trained on the customer services and the adhoc enquiries that are received.
- Addressing team concerns and developing them to handle multiple clients.
- Ensures new value-added customers are added in the existing client accounts.
NOTES :
1. Only from freight background.
2. Should have knowledge of Air Freight (Export / Import)
3. Exposure of operational role
4. Your current CTC should be more than 10 LPA
