What we are looking for:

He/she will be responsible for driving the managing the user life cycle at Farmiso.

What to expect:

1. The role will involved defining the ideal user (which persona works best), activating and retaining the defined user on the platform.

2. Comfortable doing user research and drawing insights from quantitative data (tele-calling, surveys etc.)

3. Growth Initiatives - Defining initiatives based on research insights

4. The candidate will be expected to run experiments and pilots for growth hacks, to validate hypotheses and scale the same across locations.

5. Defining and chasing the right customer metrics, troubleshooting and doing root cause analysis.

Potential Backgrounds:

IIT + IIM / ISB + 3-7 Years of experience
