Senior Manager - Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Helping the team leads in equity transactions and slowly growing into role of someone who can handle transactions alone.

2. Perform risk assessment on major financial decisions to mitigate any possible losses.

3. Relationship management with relevant parties related to fund raising (banks and shareholders).

4. Experience in financial modelling including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software preferred. Direct experience in utilizing Valuation techniques and methodologies such as, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable, etc. within a business valuation firm or practice or in venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, infrastructure companies like roads, renewable, airports etc.

5. Experience in preparing Information Memorandums on M&A transaction.

6. Conducting and coordinating the due diligence activities for the transactions.

7. Liaise and coordinate with external advisors (legal, technical, accountants etc.).

Required Skills:

1. Experience in corporate finance and/or advisory roles with a Bank, Financial Institution or Renewable Energy Player.

2. Effective communication and influencing skills in both oral and written forms.

3. Strong project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

4. Strong data mining, problem solving, financial and analytical skills.

5. Maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with investors and colleagues.
