Role : Senior Manager - Customer Engagement
Location : Mumbai (HO)
Reporting : VP - Marketing
Job Responsibilities :
The Sr. manager - customer engagement will be responsible for driving customer communication and customer life cycle management to drive RETENTION and IMPROVE on overall Customer Experience.
- Customer Engagement Strategy
- Supervising all customer communication and engagement campaigns
- Innovate and come up with ideas for customer engagement
- Supervising and leading the agencies to design effective and relevant communication
- Analysing customer response data improve response metric
- Partner with internal teams to ensure collaboration and consistency in communication designs
- Work closely with customer experience team to drive improvements in customer experience
- Strategize campaigns at organization level using Campaign Management System
Candidate Profile :
- Work Exp - 6-7 years of experience in BFSI industry
- Good understanding of Direct Marketing, managing campaigns
Qualification : MBAs from a reputed management institute.
