Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
- Utilizing market feedback to develop marketing intelligence for formulating plans (both strategicas well as tactical) for the brands
- Planning and execution of trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
- Leading execution of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across
- Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
- Execute, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the sales team.
- Improve process that link corporate brand building activities and product development activities and sales activities.
- Identifying vendor and managing them for timely and quality delivery.
- End to end support to all brand event activation.
- Design and implemented in-store visibility.
- Coordination with vendors for activities.
- Design scheme and loyalty program for the Distributors / Retails channel partners.
- Design incentive plan for field force team.
- Design assets for promotional activities.
- Co-ordination with brand team for key artwork / visuals for in store visibility.
- Create shopper centric planograms.
- Increasing primary sales through driving secondary sales & increasing market share at a counter level PO execution & inventory management, planning BTL activities, customer offers & sales incentives schemes, influencing store planograms
- Building and leading the on the floor sales teams, setting targets and providing training to theteam.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Marketing and communications.
- Having 7-8 experience is similar kind of profile.
- Capability to manage various internal and external stakeholders at an adequate level.
- Well versed with industry standards and should have critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively.
Job Location: Mumbai Corporate Office
Reporting: The role reports to VP- Marketing & Controls
Experience: 12 to 16 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 20,00,000 to 22,50,000
