Senior Manager - CRM Analytics

We have an immediate requirement for the positions in Analytics at Sr. Manager Levels for a leading Analytical organisation at Gurgaon.

Experience: 9-12 yrs Essential Full time MBA with a good understanding of CRM Analytic and having analytical/statistical knowledge such as modelling, cluster analysis, multiple regression, time series modeling.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the CRM Analytics Practice Group responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive CRM programs across multiple clients & projects

- As the lead of the CRM Analytics Practice Group you will work closely with the Sr. management in developing and implementing the company strategic plans for CRM

- Responsible for managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships in the CRM Analytics space

- Applying and administrating analytical/modeling tools and techniques and drawing managerial insights through statistical techniques and predictive modeling.
