Senior Manager - Credit - Unsecured SME Lending - FinTech Startup

As a Sr Manager Credit - (Unsecured SME Lending), your responsibility will be Appraisal & Credit Underwriting of SME Channel Finance Proposals.

What you will do:

- Implementing and administering Supply Chain Finance Credit Policies & Processes.

- Determining appropriate limits and pricing strategies to support the product.

- Implementing and monitoring pre and post onboarding metrics and take corrective action from a EWS angle.

- Monitoring delinquency & taking corrective action

- Undertaking regular interaction with collections / sales to track delinquencies.

- Ensuring Regular Training sessions for Sales / credit Ops / CPA resources /Channel Partners / Field sales staff on the various product policies & processes to ensure smooth functioning

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Exp in credit/risk supply chain financing / unsecured business loans

- Minimum 7 years of similar experience

- Good knowledge and working experience on Training and policy formulation

- Team managing ability

- Good Communication skills
