Senior Manager - Credit - Supply Chain Finance - FinTech Startup

As the Sr. Manager Credit - Supply Chain Finance, you will be responsible for Appraisal and Credit Underwriting of SME Channel Finance Proposals.

What you will do:

- Implementing and administering Supply Chain Finance Credit Policies and Processes

- Determining appropriate limits and pricing strategies to support the product

- Implementing and monitoring pre and post onboarding metrics and taking corrective action from a EWS angle

- Monitoring delinquency and taking corrective action

- Undertaking regular interaction with collections / sales to track delinquencies

- Regular Training sessions for Sales / credit Ops / CPA resources /Channel Partners / Filed sales staff on the various product policies and processes to ensure smooth functioning

What you need to know/have:

- MBA / CA preferred

- At least 2+ years of experience in Credit - Unsecured SME lending / Experience in Supply Chain Finance

- Prior experience in credit risk /underwriting

- Passionate, self-motivated, a self-starter

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Flexible for moderate travel
