Job Description:
- Process Planning, scheduling, execution and measuring the process health
- Quest for process improvement
- Ensure that process signoff are available as required
- Account Management
- Plan and execute regular meeting with the client(s)
- Initiate the discussion with client about process growth and future strategy
- Be involved in the Overall Sales Value chain
Job requirements :
- A Mandatory combination of Insurance(Property and casualty and credit control)
- Graduate with minimum 12+ years of experience in Insurance Industry.
- Candidates with minimum 5 years of experience into Major Accounts Receivable/ Credit Control (subfunctions are : O2C, cash application, collection)
- Should have worked in Property & Casualty Domain for at least 5 years
- Effective client Management Experience
- Should have been into Team management
- Good communication Skills
